Vle Bazaar Gurgaon - Wrong Product Delivered

I had ordered a headphone from vlebazaar.in on ** Feb '** and the order was received on * March '**. The order id is *******.
I had ordered a Sony WH-CH***N headphone, instead what was delivered was WH-CH*** which is an inferior and cheaper product.
I immediately reported that a wrong product has been delivered. The customer service team asked me to raise a support ticket on the portal which I promptly did.
Three days back, I got a response stating that they delivered the wrong product by mistake and I should use it for a week as the product received is similar to the product ordered with the same price range.
In response, I shared links from the manufacturer's website for both products where the difference in features and price is clear and asked for an immediate refund. I have received mo response after that.
