Vle Bazaar Gurgaon - wrong inferior product delievered

I ordered online PORTRONICS AUTO ** POR-*** bluetooth device on **.**.**** and made the payment of Rs ***/** as advertised on VLE BAZAAR company's web site. My order was booked by the company vide order number ******* dated **.**.****. The order was delivered to me via Xpressbees courier on **.**.****. The packet contained the bill and mentioned the correct details of the above mentioned ordered product, but when the packet was opened , i was shocked to find an old flipcart smartbuy device(**** made *.* A dual USB) in the packet.
Immediately a complaint vide ticket number #EHV-X**-_J**J dated **.**.**** was raised on company's website, which was replied by Mr Abhishek on **.**.****, he felt sorry for the wrong product delivery and requested to use the product for * days, he assured me a refund after * days in case I don't like the product. He also informed that the product ordered by me is not available in the stock. He closed my complaint from his end.
Immediately i raised another complaint ticket vide number #***-M**-**A* on **.**.**** (since my earlier complaint was closed by Mr Abhishek) stating that i want my refund not this old and cheap product, Mr Abhishek replied to this mail on the next day i.e **.**.**** and offered Rs. ***/- discount on the product in case i accept flipcart smartbuy *.* A product in lieu of my originally ordered product of PORTRONICS ** AUTO. I refused to accept the same offer and insisted for issuance of full refund.
After **.**.****, there is no reply and action from the company for recalling the wrong product and issuance of refund to me.
The above action of the company clearly shows that the original product was not available with them and still they accepted the order, although the label of the packet couriered to me mentioned the correct (originally ordered) product whereas the inside the packet and inferior and wrong as well as used product was sent, hence the company has intentionally substituted the cheaper and old product.
now company is neither recalling this cheap and old product nor issuing me the refund.
