I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a payment I made on **.**.**** for an order through your platform. The payment was successfully debited from my account, but the order has not been placed or confirmed yet.
Details of the transaction:
Date of Payment: **.**.****
Amount Debited: [***]
Payment Mode/Transaction ID: Attached payment invoice.
Despite the payment being processed, I have not received any confirmation or update regarding the order. Furthermore, I have been unable to get in touch with the merchant to resolve this issue.
I kindly request you to look into this matter on priority and either confirm the order or initiate a full refund of the amount debited.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
