Tatacliq - Wrong product delivered

I ordered Khushal K Green Printed Kurta Palazzo Set with Dupatta from #Tatacliq and paid for it . But I received a torn pair of jeans his with no price tag or label. I asked for a return. When the delivery boy came to pick it up he refused to take it, saying the product is different, which is the reason for my return. I contacted customer service and explained twice. Now #Tatacliq has closed my complaint and sent me the following letter from an email to which I cannot reply. .

We’re sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your recent purchase of <Khushal K Green Printed Kurta Palazzo Set with Dupatta> on Tata CLiQ. Per your request, registered under reference ID <********>, our logistics partner attempted to pick up the product from your delivery address.
Unfortunately, our records indicate that the product handed to our logistics partner was not the same as the one delivered to you. As a result of this, your pick up request for <Khushal K Green Printed Kurta Palazzo Set with Dupatta> has been denied.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
