Myntra Design Pvt Ltd - Wrong Product delivered

Hi , I have ordered a Nike Women Pink odyssey shoe on ** December **** from Myntra.com and they have delivered me a black Nike shoe on **th Dec **** .I had tried to contact them on their customer care number ,email address and social media but they were not reachable by any of the mean .So finally they were reachable on *nd January **** and I have raised the complaint of wrong product delivered and the any product doesn't have any tag on it .so they raised a ticket to exchange the shoe .on *th Jan **** delivery boy came with correct product and asked me the product to return .so I gave him the black nike shoe packet then he told me to give me the Women Nike pink odyssey shoe but I was delivered the black shoe that's why I asked for the exchange .I told him the same so he told me you have to take the approval so I called them on *th jan **** and again filed a ticket to exchange the shoe .till *th Jan **** nobody had contacted me from Myntra so on **th Jan **** I have called them again .they were asking me to return the product and they will refund the money but this cheating they have taken my **** rupees on ** dec ,delivering me wrong product and then on **th Jan saying you have to return it and place order again .on that day the shoe cost increased to **** so I have forced them to exchange the shoe .then shoe got out of stock and Abhishek(Customer executive manager) told me that you can exchange it till **th Jan **** if it is available on stock otherwise have to return it ,just call on the customer care .so I waited till **th Jan **** and that shoe was on stock so I have tried to call the customer care and again they were not giving any option to talk to customer executives .On my Myntra application there is no option of exchange or return coming .so tried on **st also and they were not reachable .On *st Feb after multiple attempt they received the call now they are saying your time to exchange and return is over ,we can not do anything .so how could I have exchange the product or return the product as they were not reachable .
You can try now also on there customer number they will not give any option to talk to their executives so what should I do now .
I got very frustrated with Myntra now .they have pathetic customer service .I feel cheated now .
Abhishek is a fraud man .
