On **rd September, I ordered Sour Patches from the website, and the total cost of the product came up to Rs. ***, I received the shipment on **th October, with the wrong product "Haribo Bubblegum Bottles" instead of the sour patches that I had ordered. The phone number provided on the website does not exist, the email address is wrong, and there is literally no way to contact the company. I want my refund!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
