Uday Namburi filed complaint against Choco Town on Nov 25, 2022
I ordered Rs **** worth products on their website. They promptly sent me the AWB number for shipment. But it has been a month and the order is still not received. It turns out choco town never handed out the product to the courier company. I have tried calling them but their customer service number (the one listed on their website) does not exist. I have sent several emails but they don't respond to any emails.
Appreciate if you can provide any help.
