I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: The product which I recieved was completely different from from what I ordered.This is really frustrating as we devote our precious time in selecting the product and later we get to know that the product we ordered was never with us.Also in such case the company should be very sympathetic and eager to resolve this case because they should know the mindset of a consumer but in this case it is quite opposite because they even after multiple complaints is the return request of my product is on hold even providing the wrong product details with the QR code. I request the company to REFUND my money and give me the proper compensation due to mental agony.

i request ajio to fast forward the return process and remove the hold/pending verification so that I can receive my refund.Also the company should pay me a good compensation for the mental agony
