Amazon is the worst company to deal with. I ordered one jacket from them and they delivered a different one which is cheaper then the one I ordered. And the customer service team told me that they will not initiate the refund untill they receive the product from their end. This is not the first time this problem has happened. I am so dissatisfied with Amazon.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
