I ordered a cover for washing machine front load model. They delivered me a wrong product on ** august. It was definitely not a washing machine cover but some cylindrical aluminium thing whose name I don't know. I generated return request within an hour of delivery very same day. Also wrote a review which got rejected. Return was cancelled from Amazon/ courier for unknown reasons. Again I called and asked to generate the request. Again got cancelled. This went on for four times. Still they haven't picked up the wrong product and not refunded my money. Kindly help.
