Amazon - Wrong product delivered with wrong quantity on a nonreturnable order

I had ordered a Muscle blaze gold whey protein *kg bucket pack but instead got a * kg muscleblaze beginners protein whose price is only **** rs. I have been following up with Amazon through their various mediums but no resolution it's been more than ** days and now they have straight away denied to replace the product I have received.
