Shopclues - wrong product delivered solar light in place of Gaming controller

I had ordered X box *** gaming controller but the product i got was a solar light. Now that i have raised refund they are just trying to harass by asking for number of photos of the product delivered. I have posted the photos again and again and they are just showing status like Coordinating with merchant, in progress, reviewing request, information required from customer. again and again they are just making it difficult to carry on with the refund process. They think that by doing like this they will harass customer so much that the customer will let it go and do not again raise refund request. Shop clues is fraud. How they are still allowed to run this company after so much of fraud like selling fake products like fake Ray ban sunglasses. i did not knew about their fraud otherwise i would not have bought anything from their site. guys just dont buy anything from Shop clues.
