Shopclues - No update on refund

I ordered a reurbished phone. They delivered damaged product it took thenmore than half month to take back its been almost * months no update on refund has been given from their side. I dont know they have done refund or not, they do not have any customer sservice as its automated call and message. This is the worst and most horrible website,
. Its best that this company should get shut and they shpuld be left with a bowl with no money. I want my money back if initiated any proof but for that they have not provided any communication platform
