I have ordered Vivo Y** mobile on shopclues.com on ** April **** and paid Rs.**** through credit card. Due to long delivery time I have cancelled the order on the same day.
Order was cancelled and it was showing Refund initiated will receive amount by May ** ****. But didn't get the money back.
I have raised the ticket and didn't get not even a single response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
