Dear Sir/Madam,
Amazon Order no.ORDER # ***-*******-******* dtd:**/**/**** for Rs.*,***/- - * Skmei Watches.
I have ordered SKMEI Watches - * nos. at Amazon costing Rs.*,***/- on **/**/**** and delivered wrong products on **/**/**** and same has been returned on the next day **/**/**** itself and await for refund. After * week I asked for my refund status. They told it will be resolved within * days. So i waited another * week also. Today (**/**/****) i have asked for my refund status, they told no refund/replacement will be issued and after arguing several minutes they refused to repay my amount/replace product and they disconnected the line . I am very much shocked with this activity by Amazon Customer Care. I request you to kindly resolve the issue and refund my amount at the earliest.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
