I am extremely disappointed with the experience faced during an exchange of a saree purchased from Myntra.
I had originally requested an exchange due to poor colour quality. However, Myntra delivered a completely wrong and entirely different saree in place of the original one. Shockingly, the product delivered was in a small packet, which itself makes it evident that it could not have been a Kanjivaram saree, as such sarees are bulky and cannot be packed in such a small parcel. This indicates serious negligence either by the seller or during the dispatch process.
Even after raising the issue, re-initiating the replacement, and making multiple calls to your customer support, your delivery personnel have rejected the exchange several times without reason, leaving the matter unresolved. This has caused immense inconvenience and harassment, particularly for my wife, during the festive season.
Such lapses in Myntra’s service standards are unacceptable. Therefore, I demand an immediate resolution with the following actions:
Full refund of ₹*,*** paid for the saree.
Strict action against the seller/dealer for wrong product dispatch.
Accountability within Myntra’s delivery and exchange process so that such harassment is not repeated with other customers.
Please treat this complaint with utmost urgency.
