I placed an order for a custom-made couple ring from the website https://lightrings.in/ for an amount of ₹*,*** (Cash on Delivery).
However, on **/**/****, I received a very basic couple ring which is completely different from what was advertised and ordered. The product delivered is of much lower quality and value and is not a custom-made ring at all.
This is a clear case of wrong product delivery and misleading product representation.
After receiving the wrong product, I have tried contacting the seller multiple times through the contact number provided on their website, but there has been no response whatsoever. The seller is completely unresponsive and not providing any resolution.
I have supporting evidence, including:
Order confirmation screenshots
Photos/videos of the product received
Proof of attempted communication with the seller
Desired Resolution:
I request one of the following:
Full refund of ₹*,***, OR
Replacement with the correct custom-made ring as per my order.
If the seller fails to resolve this issue, I request Voxya’s assistance in taking appropriate action against the seller for deficiency of service and unfair trade practices.
I am willing to cooperate fully and provide any additional information if required.
