Lightrings - Order Cancelled Without Refund by LightRings in

On Nov **, ****, I placed an order (LR*****) for customized Light Sculpted Rings from LightRings.in and paid ₹****.** via UPI. I received a shipping message on Nov **, but the tracking shows the order was cancelled by the merchant on Nov ** without any explanation.
I contacted the seller multiple times via WhatsApp and their website but received no response. The merchant has not refunded my payment and has ignored all communication attempts.
This incident has caused financial loss and mental stress due to the lack of transparency and accountability. I am seeking a full refund and appropriate action against the seller for failing to fulfill the order and violating consumer trust.
