Kibi Sports - Wrong product delivered as replacement

I ordered Sega running shoes size * from the following website https://shop.kibi.co.in/ on September *, **** through prepaid order with order #****. I received the shoe on September **, ****. Due to size issue I requested for replacement for size *. I was told to send the shoes first then replacement would be dispatched. I sent the shoes to their address through India Post on September **, ****. After this the store owner did not respond to calls and messages. The replacement was delayed for a long time. I tried contacting their support numbers given on their website but received no response. After many attempts one guy responded and replacement was initiated through him. I received the replacement on October **'st, **** through India Post. On receiving the product it was found that wrong and already used product was delivered by the company. Now they are denying their fault neither agree to pay refund. On the same day I went to my local police station at Kohima and filed FIR against the company for fraud and scam. It's been more than * days no action has been taken and the company neither refunded the amount. I have also registered my grievance at consumerhelpline.gov.in and result is awaited. As of this writing i tried to contact the seller once again who sent the wrong product but he is still denying their fault and instead accusing me of fooling them. It is by luck that I landed on this page and i am writing my story here to get justice at the earliest. I hope that swift action will be taken against the company and help me in getting my refund soon.
