Ordered plyometric box worth Rs **** on *th September. It’s not even dispatched. No proper customer care number as well. After reaching out on so many social media platforms, they contacted me * days back just once saying that they would update me the status. I’m asking for a refund but no proper response from their side. I have to reach out to them each and every time. They seem to be a fraudulent company. Please help me in getting back the money.
