I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the non-delivery of a pair of shoes I purchased from kibi.co.in portal on **th July. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue through your customer support and chat service with Summi Singh, I have yet to receive the product or any adequate response.
Initially, I was informed by Summi Singh (whatsapp num# ***** ***** ),five days after placing my order, that the pair I ordered was out of stock, and a different product would be dispatched. However, as of today, I have received nothing, and my emails have gone unanswered.
As a prominent brand in the sports industry, this level of unprofessionalism is highly unacceptable. Kindly help me with my case.
