Craze & Demand - Wrong product delivered and no way to get replacement or refund

The customer care number on the website seems to be totally fake and nobody responds. The mail I'd given for customer complaints or tracking is also fake and no response. I received a packet with two sarees which is not the ones I ordered or paid for. I returned the packet with my own money in courier enclosing a letter. There is no response from them.
