Nnnow (arvind Internet) - Wrong product delivered against ordered

I have ordered a shirt on online shopping site of NNNOW and it has delivered me different shirt against what was ordered by me. I raised refund request immediately citing the reason with reverse pickup. The pick up boy refused to collect on the ground that its not the matching with product as per his record (which was obvious as wrong product was delivered to me). So I contacted on helpline too and L was advised to drop a mail, which I did. I response to my mail it was advised to me to submit the EAN Tag/Number & Brand logo which I submitted via return mail on ** March'**. After that there was no feedback and no reverse pick up was arranged. Even on customer care number they advised me to repeat the same procedure and assured for pick up but on next call they simply said we don't have any such mail or complaint and adopt evasive tactics even give me false complaint number.
