Nnnow (arvind Internet) - Return order picked up but no refund

I placed a return order for a suit that was picked up by Delhivery on **th of June, I got a notification on *st July that the pickup failed, I reached out to NNNOW with CCTV evidence on the pickup being done and the delivery person acknowledging it. They told me today that they will process the refund after the investigation is complete and later got back to me on email that they didn't receive the product.
