Tata Cliq luxury - Wrong product delivered

I had ordered a pair of Lacoste slide sandals and received wrong product. The product delivered is some old used unbranded shoes instead of my Lacoste product. The return pick up person refuses to take it back and tata cliq customer service person has closed the ticket after doing some internal investigation and saying that the right product was delivered. As a consumer I am cheated. The issue has been pending for so long now. The customer service is accusing me of lying by saying that the seller has delivered the right product. I have shown all the photos and proofs as requested by the Tata cliq team, but the customer service is not ready to believe me. I want full refund of my product
