Being a regular customer of Myntra recently I had to face many difficulties . Firstly I ordered a yellow kurta from their app but when it was delivered it was of pink colour . I tried calling multiple times hopefully they arranged an exchange for the same but after that problem didn’t resolve . I specially told the staff through various calls that I needed my product before this date but irrespective they didn’t pay attention to it. Today was the day for my correct package to come but when the delivery agent came with it he didn’t have it to me because the staff of Myntra didn’t approve my order . I tired calling them and mailing them still not a single reply from them .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
