I ordered Kadai paneer but instead of that they delivered chaap. this created so much embarrassment in front of guests as they asked for kadai paneer. I tried to contact swiggy customer support but they didn't help. They refused to send refund as well.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
