Complaint Summary
I placed an order on Swiggy Instamart on April *, ****, under Order ID: ***************,from Nagpur to Pune address, during which I was charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment issue. one at time of booking order and other at time of recieving the parcel my family member was told the order was paid. then they paid again.
Despite only one successful order being placed, the amount was charged twice one from me and another from my family member. I immediately reported the issue on the same day (April *, ****) and have since made more than ** follow-ups via calls and emails, providing all required supporting documents, including:

Bank transaction details
Order summary
However, even after continuous follow-ups for over ** days, I have not received any proper resolution or refund. The responses from the support team have been repetitive, only asking me to wait for another **–** hours, without any concrete update or accountability.
This delay and lack of action have caused me financial inconvenience and mental stress. It is highly unprofessional for a reputed platform like Swiggy Instamart to delay a straightforward refund despite having complete evidence.
I am now seeking:
Immediate refund of the excess amount charged
Compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused
A formal explanation for the prolonged inaction
The amount was ***= swiggy membership of rs.** +*** for order plus taxes. so *** has been double paid to swiggy.
