Reet Patel filed complaint against Myntra on Dec 27, 2020
Ordered a pair of shoes from myntra but they delivered a jacket. Since i was not at home my mother took the package. The first time i put in a return request the pickup executive refused to take it back since he was given a picture of shoes but we had jacket.
Now they are not takings it back even after repeated complaints from my end. They admitted that mistake was from their end and said pickup would be done but that never happened.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
