Zookr.in - Wrong Product delivered

I saw a smartwatch ad in my Facebook account. I liked that smartwatch I purchased that smartwatch from the Zookr.in website. After a few days, the smartwatch came to my house. I paid **** rupees. When I saw that parcel open, it did not have the smartwatch which is being displayed on the web site, I immediately talked to the Zookr.in customer care and conveyed the incident to them, they told me to send videos and photos of that smartwatch, We reply to you within ** to ** hours. Be completely uninformed. You will be fully assisted, however, even after ** hours have passed, I have not received any mail. I talked to the customer care again, he said that you do not get bothered, you will get a reply to the company. Last night I got the company's mail in which they have refused to deny that the product has been sent to you on the same website which is being shown in the website. Today, when I again talked to the customer care and told him about the mail, he also clearly denied that we can no longer do anything for you.
In what way these companies are fooling people, you are requesting me to help me, and take strong action against such a dishonest company so that no one else can be deceived in the future.
