I have ordered the product after seeing the add in website and found product as per my expectation, i have placed the order for silk saree charming red color with product code CD*** of crazendemand webportal on cod basis. I recieved the wrong colored & low quality product instead on COD shipment ********* dated on ** december **** and since then trying to approach crazendemand people via mail, whats app & phone number but utter surprise there is no revert from their side. I was fooled and lost money , image infront of my wife for whom i ordered this on * december **** for her birthday gift.
Since there is no revert and it clearly shows intentional fraud i want to put this complaint against the brand so that noone else shall be fooled again.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
