Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently ordered Art silk pink embroidered saree with Order No RL***** and the product that I have received is incorrect. What I have received is not a saree but unstitched red color suit piece.
I sent repeated emails to the service email ids contact@ladybeautique.in and rangeeli.in@gmail.com in order to initiate a refund/exchange but I have not received any response. Even the calls made at service numbers *********** and *********** have not been answered.
Please help me in this regard.
