Rangeeli.in - Wrong item delivered

I have ordered and exotic net peach color a line lehenga choli form the rangeeli.in but they delivered a dress material of pathetic quality.
I have raised return request on provided mail but don't responsed.
The phone number given on website is not working.

Please help.
