Rangeeli.in - Wrong product is delivered

Wrong product is delivered. It was written on the website that **** rupees is the price of the product which I ordered.
First of all they asked for **** rupees instead of **** and was not letting me open the product before the payment.
Later, when I opened I saw it was the wrong product and also of very cheap quality.
Then, I tried to contact the website through phone number and email but they are not giving any response. Neither to email nor to my phone calls. Please help me refund my money and also close this fraud website because they are doing this with many people.
