Club Factory - Wrong product deliver and not refund

I booked a dress from club factory on *th May **** and my package was delivered on **th May when I opened than i got a different packages . Same time I was informed to club factory customer service representative and they was assured me that my package will be picked up by our staff and replaced otherwise your amount will be refund within a week, many times i chat with club factory customer service representative also with seller Nevedita Upadhyay contact number ********** but I never got proper response from seller or club factory customer service representative and yet my amount was not refund.
