The product ordered was a phantom smart watch as shown on website of zookr.in and delivered is a cheap unbranded dead watch which doesnt even look same. And moreover they does not give proper response and says it cannot be exchanged or retured but their exchange policies allows but they are not following.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
