I have ordered a product through instagram called Evora paris which they have advertised a hydro steam straightener but when the product was delivered I received a basic straightener which was totally different, and I have send a massage for return but there is no response, I'm a student and it is so heartbreaking to lost the amount for such product and I have been disappointed by it, so I would like to request voxya to please help me resolve this problem.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
