I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I received the wrong product, which is completely different from what I ordered. On top of that, the accessories that were clearly promised with the product were not included in the package.

I paid rs. *** for this product with discount as prepaid order. Im attaching the product I purchased and what I received for your reference. And payment details This level of service is unacceptable. I expect an immediate resolution to this issue. Please arrange either a correct replacement with all promised accessories or initiate a full refund without any delay.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and confirm the next steps as soon as possible.
