Had ordered an item on evora paris on *th May. Got a email saying confirmed.
Since I did not receive my order tried to track the order it showed cancelled.
I mailed at the info department regarding the same they replied saying that it is "currently in transit. However, due to an unforeseen logistics issue, there has been a delay in the delivery." They'll deliver ASAP.
Today to check the site its not there.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
