I was searching a long duration calling plan for * year and it displayed *** days plan with data limitations.
I was happy as plan is good.
Payment got success.
And I am trying to make a call but it says u have insufficient balance continuously for when ever I tried for almost * hours because we could not speak to a customer support also if we don't have a balance.
So i went to Airtel office today morning I explained the details and I am shocked that they can't help,
As it is a international roaming plan for *** days with calls, messages, even data too but I could not use it in India the same.
And there is no possibility for refund/exchange for it.
So is this fair?
