Dear Sir, I am a customer of dish tv. My VC no is ***********, on dated I have recharged with amount rs ***/-. Before recharge I have confirmed with dishtv executive that what amount I have to recharge that I will watch my chosen channel he told me that recharge with ***/- (I have call recording), when I have recharged mostly channel removed even FTA ( free to air )channel not showing, when I visited their office, their representative namely Mr Ranvijay denied to rectify this. Nodal officer not picking the phone nodal officer mail bounced. I have complained in consumer affair my ticket no is *******. Consumer affair executive suggests me to mail dishtv nodal officer, but his mail was bounced when I asked his email id from their representative and customer care Mr bhamik parmar denied to give any information. Consumer affair executive suggests me to file a case in consumer court. They have their own monopoly they don't have a porting system, I want my money back which I have invested on the time of dishtv connection purchase. So please solve this issue. I don't want to continue with dishtv.
