Dear Sir,
I made payment of Rs.***/- on **/**/**** through my credit card to recharge my VC NO. *********** (Child connection) for renewal of dishtv combo pack SWAGAT HSM. As per my SBI card statement, amount has been debited to my account but my VC is not rechareged till date. Now, today again I paid Rs.***/- on **/**/**** through net banking from my saving account even then Dish tv is not recharged. I came to know from customer care representative the amount has been credited to wrong VC No. *********** instead of VC No. ***********. I have requested to transfer Rs***/- lying in VC account No.*********** to my VC account No.***********(child connection) and start the connection. I was recharging Dish tv through my registered mobile No.********** and I was not aware that amount was being credited to wrong VC number.I have attched the proof of statement even then Dishtv people are not recharging my dish tv. Please do the needful.
