Dishtv - Fooling customers

Dishtv is giving wrong information to customers
Firstly they put the cost to recharge dish on their side and on television screen as ***or *** ruppees
And paying on that they didn't provide the channels also didn't even open any free channel after calling in customer care they are now saying to recharge your dishtv for Rs - ***
And not accepting their mistake to provide wrong information to customer their service is too bad
So either they pay back the amount we lost i.e *** ruppees and take their dishtv back
Or open the channels of our left balance
Till the end of balance
