Domino's India - Wrong pizzas delivered

I placed an order with Domino’s Pizza under the “Deliver on Train” service in Jaipur, which included three pizzas—Golden Corn, Farmhouse, and Cheesy Volcano Peppy Paneer—worth Rs. ***, but the entire experience was unacceptable. I received completely incorrect pizzas, two of which had no toppings at all, while the third was poorly assembled and not even in proper shape. The delivery agent simply collected the payment and left immediately without addressing the issue, despite my attempts to stop him. To make matters worse, when I checked the order history for support, the order is still not marked as delivered and continues to show options like “track” or “cancel,” reflecting a serious failure in their system. I was traveling from Jaipur to Lucknow on a **-hour journey and had been without food since morning, making this situation extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Despite multiple follow-ups and emails, there has been no response or resolution from Domino’s and I have photo evidence to support my complaint.
