My order was on **.**.** on dominos app. The scheduled store Kalyani dominos. They forgot to deliver one order which was butterscotch mousse cake. They delivery boy Prince Ram requested me to talk to the manager Sourav Sanyal. Both assured me they will refund me the money. It will take time *days. But after * days they refused to do so. Refusing to attend my call.
Please look into this.
