Domino's India - Order was not delivered

I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent Domino’s order.
The delivery person refused to deliver the order to my location. However, the order was incorrectly marked as “delivered” in the app, even though I did not receive it.
This is very disappointing, and I request you to kindly look into this issue immediately. Please arrange a refund
