Lancelot Fernandes filed complaint against LG Electronics on May 1, 2019
I have raised a service request with LG customer service as my fridge was not working on Feb *, ****. A technician visited us the same day and said the main board has to be replaced. We paid the said amount and the PCB board was replaced on the *th but was not suited for the model of our fridge. The technician said that the original part has to be ordered. It's been * months now with a week left of losing the warranty for the replaced part and we the customer service centre is closing the call.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
