I have sent one packet of **K to a friend in Mohali. In midway, they have changed the box and sent the wrong box to my friend. Their agent do not even ask the OTP at the time of delivery and dropped the box at the gate. I have sent multiple emails regarding the same but I did not get any response from them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
