Had ordered BoAt Airdopes *** Pro from Amazon India but received Noise Pulse * Max. Applied for replacement but replacement got canceled ( pick up verification failed). Amazon Support told it was hand to hand replacement. Now when I called Amazon Support they told they cannot initiate replacement again and has initiated refund. I want product instead of refund. I had bought the product during Great Indian Festival which was till Oct *th for ***rs. Now the product costs ****rs
