Online store - Wrong package received

I received a package yesterday. It was not ordered by us. My father gave COD amount to courier boy since it had our details like name address phone number thinking that it was ordered by me. It had an old bedsheet inside it. Fraud order was created in my name and delivered by ECOm. Order ID **********-*** airway no **********. ECOM customer care is not supporting by teling the company from which we have received order.
